Mohd Haizal has a Degree in Food Science and Business Management. He was graduated from National University of Malaysia in August 2008. During his study, he has joined Sals Foods Industries Sdn Bhd in order to completing his practical training. There he was learnt and has an experienced in monitoring and handling retort machine. After finishing his study, he was joined FoodReg Malaysia as Research Assistant and currently he hold a Food Industry Consultant position. In Foodreg, he was actively participated in implementing traceability in Poultry, Aquaculture and Starfruits sector during the MFIT project. He also has assisted MFIT’s participants in developing HACCP plan in the FoodReg system, especially in Poultry and Prawn lines. He also has contributed in Halal Application and Implementation in FoodReg system. Recently he just completed ‘Kursus Asas Kebersihan dan Keselamatan Makanan’ for Food Manufacturing category.
